I just came to the realization that I haven't posted in almost two months. To be honest, I haven't really missed it and no one has written me to complain, but just in case you aren't on facebook and are curious here are some things we've done lately:
*Vegas
*Australia
*looked at designs for houses
*drove to Wisconsin(this takes about 45 minutes in traffic)
*celebrated Chinese New Year
*enjoyed a visit from my sis-in-law
It seems like we have done a lot more, mainly because we were gone to Australia for almost two weeks! That is a long time for us and it was worth it. We actually stayed one day longer because it was so nice. Weird that we can do that.

Back at work now I'm staying pretty busy. I'm requesting books and stuff, the usual. I'm planning to go to Seattle in March for ACRL. I doubt that anyone is going, but I thought I would throw that out there in case any fellow people of the books are going.
I have also come to a decision but I'm not sure how to address it. When helping a patron, if they are texting the entire time you are talking to them, do you continue to help them or is it a lost cause? These kids today, I'll tell ya...
